About the Workers

Workers may be employed to work in the United States for up to 9 months per year, and in some cases, visa extensions will allow them to work up to 3 consecutive years.  The majority of workers we recruit come from South Africa. Positions vary from livestock workers to farm and ranch and equipment operators.

Our staff provides visa application instruction and travel assistance to all qualified workers. It is important to know that workers are never charged to get a job. Not only is this illegal, but it is not ethical.

At Peak Season Agriculture we strive to provide our English-speaking workers with a detailed list of their job responsibilities, employer rules, and legal requirements. All of our applicants speak fluent English.

In every instance, we want employers and workers to get off on the right foot and enjoy an ongoing working relationship.
